Step 1: Check Availability
If you are interested in enrolling your child, please contact us to check for openings. If there are no openings available, we will contact you as soon as an opening becomes available.
Step 2: Come and visit!
We strongly recommend that parents visit any child care center they are considering prior to enrolling. It's almost impossible to tell if a program is right for your child without seeing it in person. Schedule a time so we can discuss your child's specific needs, review important information about the program, and tour the premises. We will take this time to provide you with a copy of our handbook, Daily Schedule, and other materials. It is important to us that you understand the full scale of the care we offer.
Step 3: Submit your forms and Registration Fees
The enrollment form must be completed and submitted, along with any fees listed below. We can’t accept your child for care without the proper forms on file, payment, and a signed agreement to all financial and childcare terms.
Finally, be sure to take time to read through and become familiar with the our policies along with any other information we give you before your child's first day of attendance.
The annual registration fee is due every fall (August). The fee is prorated upon enrollment and is nonrefundable.

Tuition Weekly Rates:
Infants and Toddlers (6 weeks-2 years): $125.00
Preschoolers (3 years-5 years): $115.00
School Age (5 years & up): $115.00
If two or more children from one family are enrolled in our care on a full-time basis, a $10.00 a week discount will be given per additional child.
Late Pick-up Fees:
There will be a $5.00 charge per hour (per child) with a $5.00 minimum, for any child in care longer than 10 hours in one day. Any child in care after 6:00 p.m. (closing) will be charged a $5.00 late fee for every 5 minutes late (per child).
Tuition is due on Monday for each week. If fees are not received by Monday there is a $5.00 late fee added. If fees are not received by the next Monday there is an additional $5.00 late fee added. If full payments and late fees are not received by the end of the second week, your child will be dropped from the program, unless other arrangements have been made with the Director. Full payment is still due, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. If your child is dropped from the program and you wish to re-enroll, you can do so by settling any unpaid balance and re-paying the registration fee (as long as it is okayed with the Director and there is still a spot available).
Weekly tuition is required regardless of your child’s attendance. This is to ensure your child’s spot even in his/her absence. The only exemption is for the two weeks of vacation time allowed annually.
Your child must be enrolled for six months before vacation time can be taken. There will be no drop-in or part-time children allowed.
Full payment is due for the week even if your child is absent. The only unpaid time is vacation time and must be taken one week at a time. Children are eligible for vacation time after 6 months of enrollment.
The Sandbox Childcare Center will be closed for 6 major Holidays each year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). We will also close early on Christmas Eve. If the Holiday falls on a weekend we will observe the designated Friday or Monday. Full tuition is due for Holidays.
* If your child is going to be absent, please notify us by 9:00 a.m. that day so we may staff accordingly and plan our meals.
* Children must arrive by 8:00 a.m. to receive breakfast.
* You must give the Director a two week written notice in the event you wish to drop your child from our center.
